Returns
We accept returns for refund on unwound yarn with receipt for 30 days from date
of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds on
purchases made by credit card will be refunded to same credit card.
SPECIAL ORDERS may be exchanged or returned for store credit only, within 30 days.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged in
shipping, defective, or shipped in error. Email hello@prairieroadyarn before
shipping any returns.
